Corby Town boss Graham Drury blasted his side after they lost 3-2 at Cambridge City in the BGB Southern League Premier Division last night.
The Steelmen were two-up inside half an hour at Milton Road before throwing it all away with some poor defending.
"You can't imagine how disappointed I am," he fumed.
"I'm frustrated and more than disappointed with the players.
"If you stand off the opposition and give them time and space they are going to punish you.
"We told them exactly where the dangers were with Cambridge and got the tactics spot on.
"But if players don't listen then they'll find pretty quickly that I don't suffer fools gladly.
"And if they don't want to listen and learn then they're going to be in for a rude awakening because I'm not someone who's going to mess about.
"The fact that we went 2-0 up and then threw it away made it even more disappointing."
